The miminum expectations for this position is :
Propound and respond to discovery
be familiar with needs of litigation attorneys
be familiar with calendaring and court filings.
be familiar with filing complaints and communicate with opposing counsel
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in personal injury litigation
Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
bilingual in Spanish is a plus
experienced in trial prep

Pay: $62,737.96 – $90,000.00 per year
