Job Description:
Distasio Law Firm is seeking an entry level personal injury intake specialist with good phone skills and data entry experience. If you are a positive and happy person that is passionate about your work, has empathy for injured people, and are not willing to produce mediocre results, you are an ideal candidate for this position. Candidates must be very detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones, performing new client intakes, following up with potential new clients, preparing intake documents, scheduling new client sign-ups, opening new files, obtaining insurance information, ordering and following up to obtain client medical records, interacting with clients, entering data into computer software system, sorting and scanning mail, electronic and hard copy filing, scheduling events, coordinating attorney travel, identifying, investigating, and interacting with Law Firm vendors, ensuring law firm vendors are timely paid, and keeping track of and ordering office supplies.
