Summary:
The Case Analyst provides support to Engineers, Accident Reconstructionists and Biomechanics from intake to close out of a case. Their primary responsibilities include retrieving and organizing case information and documents from clients, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing case documents, coordinating schedules, monitoring deadlines, and providing status updates.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries regarding new potential cases for company and builds rapport with current and potential clients and logs all applicable details in company systems.
Performs conflict checks using company systems to ensure there are no conflicts before moving forward with a case.
Follows up on potential cases that have been added to the new contact case list but have not yet been initiated.
Maintains organization of all file materials into applicable file folders on internal systems.
Interfaces with project managers and follows up with clients to obtain necessary documentation while working proactively to prepare for upcoming deadlines.
Reads, summarizes and extracts key information from depositions, interrogatories and/or other reports as requested.
Initiates and updates reports guided by the project managers.
Assists with calendaring and preparation for inspection work, reports, trial and deposition deadlines.
Builds and maintains a positive relationship with clients.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong reading, writing and research skills required.
Personal injury experience a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
69,000 – 80,000 USD per year(YAES – Torrance Office)
