Divorce Law Litigation Attorney
Woburn, MA (Serving Middlesex, Suffolk, Essex, and Worcester Counties)
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Our boutique law firm, specializing in divorce law, seeks a full-time and part-time Associate Attorney with at least five (5) years of divorce litigation experience, including court representation. We are committed to guiding clients through challenging legal matters with compassion and expertise. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment where your work directly impacts clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in divorce litigation.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
Manage discovery, including financial disclosures.
Assist with case strategy and trial preparation.
Maintain 150 billable hours/month (80 for part-time).
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Minimum five (5) years of divorce litigation experience.
Strong legal research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to communicate with clients with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment:
We offer a flexible work schedule with partial remote work. Salary is commensurate with experience, and benefits will be discussed during the interview.
