WE ARE ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLIENT OUTCOMES.
We are a boutique immigration law firm focused on family and business/entertainment immigration. The majority of the firm works on O & P visas, however, we need an attorney to manage our family cases (AOS, I-751s, Immigrant Visas, Naturalization) and other business cases (EB-1, EB-2/3, H-1Bs, E-3, and E-2s). You would also be trained on O and P visas to handle overflow, but those would not be the principal cases for this role.
We are looking for an immigration attorney to grow with the firm. We will take smart with doggedness/determination and great bed side manner over experience (but some experience, particularly with PERM is a must).
Our culture is friendly and supportive, but it requires self-motivated and responsible individuals. We work with globally renowned musicians and their managers/agents/etc (even for the family and other business cases at times), so expectations are fairly high (some great perks – think concerts – and fun cases).
Requirements:
Some family and business immigration experience required.
Service oriented (love to wow clients).
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Friendly.
Looking for long term growth with the firm.
Spanish is a plus.
Hybrid/Remote Work
Hybrid preferred but fully remote is possible for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
