Position: Litigation Attorney ( Hybrid )
Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in California for a litigation attorney, Insurance Coverage, Law in Motion Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Zelms Erlich Lenkov is a dynamic, rapidly growing law firm operating in California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. We represent Fortune 500 companies, athletes, sports teams, celebrities, and a wide variety of well-known companies and major corporations.

Responsibilities
Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports
Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions
Comfortable handling court appearances
Negotiating settlements
Daily time entry
Qualifications
License to practice law in CA
Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
At least 3 years of law practice experience
Comfortable working remote/independently
Strong ethics and professionalism
Organized with attention to details
