Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles. The Intake Specialist will work closely with potential clients and attorneys to facilitate smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant information for case management.
Manage the intake process using a CRM (Clio), ensuring timely and accurate data entry and tracking.
Brief potential cases with attorney daily.
Other administrative duties.
Experience
Some experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment, similar experience may suffice.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Must have minimum of a BA in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $43,500.00 per year
