We are a small but growing firm with offices in Encino, Riverside and Palm Desert. We are looking for a legal intake specialist in our Encino Office. The ideal candidate should have a warm and engaging personality and good customer service skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
Conducting intakes for personal injury and workers compensation cases.
Answering phones and clerical/administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish Speaking) a plus but not required.
Organized
Outstanding customer service skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
