Our rapidly growing firm seeks a skilled litigator to join our talented team in our Alexandria office.

The Role
You will directly impact clients’ lives by:
- Representing clients in MSPB and EEO proceedings
- Litigating cases before the EEOC and in District Courts
- Leading depositions and navigating cases through summary judgment
- Applying expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA
The Ideal Fit
You are a strategic problem-solver who:
- Takes initiative and thrives under pressure
- Manages multiple priorities effectively
- Works collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
- Excels at client counseling, guiding them through difficult workplace situations to a Phoenix moment
- Crafts compelling demand letters that achieve favorable pre-litigation resolutions
- Has a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (federal sector experience preferred, but not required)
Virginia Bar license preferred. We will consider candidates willing to waive in. Maryland and DC Bar admissions are a plus. Labor and Employment litigation experience highly valued.
