Duties
Manage litigation cases, including preliminary investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial
Prioritize client service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions
Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably for clients
Provide clear, effective communication, consultation, and advice to clients
Requirements
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
0-3 years of general litigation experience
Strong understanding of civil procedural and administrative rules
Proficient in legal research, drafting, and negotiation
Ability to manage client expectations and deliver sound legal guidance
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications and Skills
Admission to the Minnesota and/or Wisconsin State Bar
Strong research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management abilities
High degree of personal confidence and professional competence
Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
