Firstpoint Law Group, PC is offering generous compensation. Busy Fairfax law firm in search of an Associate Attorney to join the team in the firm’s Fairfax office. Virginia bar is required. The Associate Attorney will support the firm’s managing partner in Virginia, primarily handling traffic and criminal cases, if associate is interested in Family law, we can share that work as well. The Associate Attorney will be working directly with clients and will be in court an average of four out of five days per week.
The law firm is an expanding firm with offices in Virginia. Our firm was established to provide an aggressive, passionate, and superior litigation team to those people that find themselves involved in traffic, criminal, and personal injury matters. Since opening in 2010, the firm has expanded into other areas of practice, including family, business law, and immigration.
Prior experience in criminal defense or litigation is a plus, but not required. This position is ideal for someone who loves being in the courtroom and working directly to help people. The Associate Attorney will receive mentorship and guidance from the partners and other associate attorneys at the firm and will be well-supported by the highly capable staff at the firm.

Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Facility with legal research.
Desire to become a litigator, with the vast majority of your practice in court.
Compensation commensurate with experience. The firm offers paid vacation, sick leave and medical.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
