We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years experience preferably for the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense, Health Law, and General Insurance Defense. Salary commensurate with experience with benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and all practice related expenses. This position is for someone to handle an independent case load, take fact witness depositions, legal research and writing, argue matters in court, investigate claims, and develop defenses in a wide variety of medical related cases.
