Key **
Manage litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategy and deliver optimal outcomes
Maintain and grow a book of business while also contributing to firm-wide litigation efforts
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner
Represent the firm and clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
Portable book of business required
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
