Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills with experience in Probate Law, including but not limited to Guardianships/Conservatorships, Trust Administration, Trust Litigation, and Estate Administration as well as Estate Planning. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on diverse legal matters within a collaborative environment.
Duties
Draft and review of briefs, pleadings, deeds, and accountings
Draft and review complaints, motions/briefs for summary disposition, discovery, and other pleadings
Litigation
Review of Estate Plans
Attendance at court hearings
Legal research and writing
Direct contact with clients
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association or eligibility for admission.
1-3 years practice in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
Demonstrated courtroom experience
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices in relevant areas of law.
Excellent legal drafting skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
