Wallace, Richardson, Sontag & Le, LLP is a growing law firm that represents landlords, property management companies, and financial institutions throughout the State of California. Based in Irvine, California, we represent many prominent clients in all aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship and management of real property. We are seeking litigation counsel to represent clients in unlawful detainer actions and other litigation
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in unlawful detainer actions and other litigation
- Review and revise unlawful detainer complaints
- Review, analyze, and respond to pleadings filed by defendants
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Represent clients at court hearings, trials, jury trials, and on appeal
​​Qualifications:
- Litigation experience preferred, but no necessary
- Landlord-tenant experience preferred, but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasive writing skills
- Customer or client-service experience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
