Dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.
Position Summary
In this role, you will ensure our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their cases, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
Requirements & Skills
Full-time;
In-office role
2 or more years of litigation experience
1st chair trial experience is a plus
Member of the FL Bar and in good standing
Experience in evaluating claims
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solving approach
Team-oriented
