This person will be:

Managing issues related to hazardous and solid waste, water, air quality, endangered species.

Handling California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) matters.

Working on land use and administrative enforcement cases and providing counsel on environmental permitting, due diligence, and adherence to regulatory standards. Engaging in substantial legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Managing document discovery, conducting depositions, arguing motions, and offering guidance on environmental concerns.

Requirements

– Licensed attorney

– Civil litigation experience

– Deep understanding of Draft Pleadings

– Foundational knowledge in Arguing Motions

– Defending Depositions experience

– Environmental law experience

– Adeptness in Discovery

– Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

– High

attention to detail

– Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

– Above-average academic credentials and references

– Ability to thrive in a

dynamic
