About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Litigation Attorney to join our client’s dynamic legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Plaintiff homeowner insurance litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
