Ecostar Remodeling & Construction is looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to start our in-house legal team. This role will focus on reviewing construction lawsuits, assisting with workers’ compensation cases, and managing employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with legal review and documentation of construction-related lawsuits
Support case management for workers’ compensation claims
Maintain and organize employee records and legal files
Conduct legal research and assist with compliance matters
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
