The ideal Litigation Attorney will handle 30–40 active files from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation. Position **
We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience and a proven ability to independently manage complex cases. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with a state bar, have a stable employment history, and demonstrate strong litigation skills—particularly in motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy. Experience in business, commercial, or personal injury law is highly preferred.
