(HYBRID REMOTE POSITION – Must be in the Territory Approximately 4 Months/As Needed Basis – St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Busy Plaintiffs’ practice seeks applications for a full-time Litigation Attorney. Attorney Applicants should be Plaintiff-oriented and passionate about protecting the rights of the clients. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience. Applicant must be willing to become a licensed Virgin Islands Attorney within six (6) months of hire. Position requires assigned case management, written discovery, depositions, and trial ability.
Applicant must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and an aptitude for identifying legal issues.
Employment will be fully contingent upon satisfactory completion of a thorough pre-hire conflicts check and upon the resolution of all possible conflicts. Salary commensurate with experience. Applicants should submit their resume, the names and contact information of at least three (3) references, and three (3) writing samples, drafted by the Applicant (and preferably filed under the Attorney-Applicant’s own name in courts).
These writing samples should preferably be related to cases involving personal injuries, labor and employment disputes, or contract disputes.
