Position Summary
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include handling matters in litigation from inception to pre-trial. Conducting depositions and drafting legal documents;
Identifying and collaborating with experts; and Law and Motion work as needed.
Skills and Competencies
Ideal candidate should be able to handle their own case load but we are willing to train. Experience in analyzing cases as to all defenses a big plus. A strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment is always welcome. Trial experience is a bonus.
Qualifications and Prior Experience
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar with 1-2+ years of insurance defense experience.
