About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-paced law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a substantial pre-litigation caseload with efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to support case preparation and client communication.
Maintain organized case files and correspondence.
Open claims with adjusters and request medical records and bills with strong attention to detail. Communicate with Medical Providers and Insurance Adjusters effectively.
Utilize MS Word and Outlook proficiently to facilitate communication and documentation processes.
Exhibit strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a busy legal environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in Arizona.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong clerical skills and a robust work ethic.
Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
