Oram & Moss, an AV rated law firm, located in Rockville, Maryland is seeking an Associate Attorney with three to five years experience in estate planning and/or estate administration to join our growing Estate Planning and Trust/Estate Administration practice. Great opportunity for mentorship and career growth working directly with principal attorneys. In addition, the Associate will work with clients regarding real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate and partnership establishment and documentation. Maryland Bar required. DC and Virginia Bars preferred. LLM preferred.
Base salary will be commensurate with experience with annual bonuses based upon billable hours and origination. Competitive Benefits.
