Duties
Represent clients in personal injury litigation, advocating for their rights and interests.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Organize and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression of each matter.
Collaborate with a team of trial attorneys to prepare for and participate in trials and hearings.
Engage in ongoing training and development through the firm’s Trial Academy to refine litigation skills.
Requirements
1 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Excellent writing and legal research skills.
Strong analytical capabilities to assess complex legal issues.
Ability to effectively organize and manage a caseload.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Skills
Proficient in legal writing and research methodologies.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
