About The Law Firm:
Our client is a leading defense litigation law firm with a national presence and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. They are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. As an Employment Litigation Attorney, you will handle a wide range of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in employment law, strong litigation skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Ensure compliance with the 1,950 billable hour requirement while maintaining high-quality legal work.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in Arizona Bar.
1+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and state labor regulations.
Ability to manage multiple cases independently and work efficiently under deadlines.
