Location: City of Albany
O’Connor, O’Connor, Bresee & First, P.C. is seeking a litigation attorney to join our firm in our Albany, NY office. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York and have two to five years of litigation experience. Candidates should have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and bring energy and enthusiasm to their work environment. Candidates must work well independently, while also being part of a team.
Duties will include:
Drafting pleadings and discovery
Legal research
Attending depositions, conferences, and mediations
Trial preparation
Conducting trials
