Job Responsibilities
Our M&A and Private Equity Litigation Group is seeking a highly qualified Attorney with 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate. Successful candidates will have JD and CPA License with experience with GAAP, Auditing Private or Public Financial Statements, and High-Stakes Disputes. Unique Growth Opportunity offering

, working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of M&A Litigation experience, Commercial & Transactional, Dispute Resolution
• J.D. and CPA license are REQUIRED. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered.
• Must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal
communication skills
