Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in litigation or personal injury law preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Support attorney throughout litigation, from pre-trial investigations to trial.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and complaints.
Handle subpoenas, discovery, and e-filing.
Organize case files, maintain calendars, and assist with depositions and mediations.
Gather case evidence and summarize medical records.
Collaborate with attorney and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office; case management experience a plus.
Ability to manage a fast-moving caseload with attention to detail.
Paralegal certification from a NALA approved program.
