Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Administrative Assistant This role will focus on managing client relations, gathering and organizing information relevant to ongoing cases, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth case management and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Collect, organize, and summarize case-related documents and information.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and legal staff.
Maintain confidential records and ensure timely data entry into case management systems.
Assist in legal research, document preparation, and correspondence drafting.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in administrative, legal, or customer service roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferably experience using CRMs or some form of customer management software.
Compensation & Schedule:
15-30 hours per week
Pay :$15 an hour
