Acting as a primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged. Managing cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial. Conducting legal research and drafting precise legal documents. Representing clients in court, delivering compelling arguments and presenting evidence. Collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff in a
team-oriented

Qualifications : JD degree from an accredited law school. 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or class actions. Strong research, writing, and
analytical skills
. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal abilities. A passion for social justice and worker rights
advocacy
. Compensation : $ 115,000k – 275,000k Generous bonus structure
