The Position
Wilson Elser’s St. Louis office is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of litigators.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in MO and IL
4+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation, general liability, toxic tort, products liability, or coverage litigation
Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions preferred
Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
Superior written and oral communication skills
Pay Range
$115,000 – $175,000 USD
