Qualifications:
3+ YOE as an Associate Attorney with strong Litigation experience in any or multiple of the following practice areas:
Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Oil & Gas, Construction, Aviation/Aerospace, Business Litigation
Trial experience strongly preferred
Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
State and Federal Law experience highly preferred
