Law firm looking for an attorney with a minimum of 1-2 years specializing in personal injury litigation.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to:
– Propound and respond to discovery
– Take depositions of experts and witnesses
– Send meet and confer letters
– File discovery motions
– Attend Court hearings
– Must have knowledge and experience with arbitrations and mediations
Trial experience is a plus. This position requires an attention to detail and the ability to work on cases individually. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator and more importantly be able to think creatively and strategically. The ideal candidate must be very analytical and a quick thinker under stressful situations.
