approach. Responsibilities The firm is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong complex litigation skill set, including:
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and court materials Managing document production and discovery Contributing to client development activities such as writing articles, attending speaking engagements, and supporting business growth initiatives The role provides an opportunity to work closely with partners and other attorneys, gaining direct mentorship and fostering

Qualifications A JD degree and admission to the Ontario Bar At least 2 years of experience handling complex litigation matters (commercial litigation experience is a strong asset) Judicial clerkship experience is a plus Excellent written and oral
