What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with LPC attorneys on all phases of civil litigation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions
- Assist with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, including second- or third-chair courtroom experience
- Develop strong legal writing and analytical skills with hands-on mentorship and feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Education: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- License: Active Washington State Bar admission (required)
- Experience: 1–4 years of civil litigation experience
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; solid legal writing skills preferred
- Mindset: Curious, adaptable, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced litigation environment
