The Opportunity : We are seeking a top-tier Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to handle interesting, complex litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, work closely with accomplished senior attorneys, and contribute to high-profile cases. Our Firm has a national practice. As a key member of our litigation team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference for our clients and help shape the future of our firm.
Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Participate in trial preparation and support, including strategy discussions and witness preparation.
Advocate for clients in court, during depositions, and in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive legal memorandums.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to devise the best legal strategy for each client.
Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case progression.
Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedent.
Qualifications :
JD from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the NE bar.
Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably on a wide range of litigation subjects.
Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding and knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation technology.
