JOB POST:
Litigation Associate @ TS Law Chambers, New Delhi
Experience : 2 to 5 years in a Litigation Office (Preferably Delhi High Court)
Job Description :
1) Daily Court appearances (Supreme Court / High Court / District Courts / Arbitration Tribunals / Tribunals / Other Forums like Labour Commissioner Courts etc.)
2) Briefing Cases in a Summarised Manner
3) Drafting of Brief notes, Written Submissions, Counter affidavits, Status report, Brief notes etc.
4) Research on Diverse Propositions on Research Databases in time bound manner
5) Administrative Tasks related to Cases (For Eg. Client Dealing, Undertaking Compliances etc.)
Salary :
Rs 20,000-Rs 40,000 (Based on Experience, Skill Set etc.)
