Hilty, Bower, Haws & Seable, PLLC is committed to continuing a tradition of providing outstanding legal counsel to its clients throughout the Treasure Valley, the state of Idaho, and beyond. We are seeking legal assistants to join our team in providing excellent service to our broad range of clients. The multi-faceted practice areas of the firm include: complex litigation, business law, alternative dispute resolution, estate planning and probate, governmental law, real estate, and family law. We provide a positive and respectful work atmosphere that prioritizes communication and collaboration. The office is currently located in Nampa but will likely be relocating to Meridian. Qualifications
Either litigation or transactional support experience a plus.
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented,
Must have excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong writing and oral skills.
Must be a self-starter, multi-tasker and have the ability to work well under deadlines.
Must have strong computer skills.
Experience with Efiling, Clio, Microsoft, Excel, and Adobe is a plus.
Must be a team player.
Must be dependable and accountable.
Education or related experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing legal documents related to assigned areas of practice.
Organize and maintain legal files.
Perform data entry tasks accurately.
Proofread legal documents for errors and completeness.
Manage document management systems efficiently.
Generate drafts of documents.
Efile documents with the court.
Communicate regularly and professionally with clients.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
