Candidates should have experience with drafting appellate briefs, conducting case law research, and assisting oral argument preparation. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, be strong writers, and have appellate clerkship experience.
The Washington, DC salary for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified. We offer
