Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Skilled and experienced in drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients, preparing for and participating in deposition and court appearances.
- Member of the Arizona Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
