The law firm of Fenton & Keller is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in business transactions, entity formation and management, real estate matters, and/or estate planning and administration. We are seeking an attorney with strong legal writing, research, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have direct contact with clients.
