Role Description
The Litigation Solicitor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bundall, QLD. We are looking for an intermediate/senior litigation solicitor to join our team to work on a range of litigation matters including pre-litigation negotiations and dispute resolution along with commercial and estate litigation matters. The position includes responsibility for maintaining accurate case files, meeting deadlines, and contributing to strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
We offer a salary of $110,000–$135,000 with a generous bonus scheme and reasonable KPIs.
Qualifications
- have at least 5 years’ PAE in commercial and/or estate litigation;
- be skilled in file and client management;
- be able to work autonomously and run a litigation file to completion;
- stay up to date with changing legislation and practice directions;
- be open to training junior staff while continuing to develop their own skills; and
- work well within a team.
