Location:
Loughborough, Stapleford and Bingham (flexible working location).
Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients across a wide range of litigation matters
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
- Act on behalf of clients in court, mediations and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and case management systems
- Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear advice
- Client-focused, approachable and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
