What You’ll Do
Position Summary
If you are looking for a temporary 30-day assignment, which could be extended to a total of 60 days where attention to detail is critical, and while you may be a temporary employee on assignment, you have a passion for the review of contracts and agreement. Ensuring accuracy and support of legal compliance then the role of Temporary Contracts and Agreements Administrator could be the role for you. We are looking to hire this temporary role immediately.
Essential responsibilities consist of but not all inclusive:
Review, analyze and decipher terms/conditions/obligations within various contracts and agreements and input data within a master spreadsheet.
Candidate must have the capability to review contracts/agreements swiftly.
Must be organized, maintain keen attention to detail; efficient, a team player and can work well under pressure.
Support ongoing projects/build processes and drive streamlined project-related elements.
Candidate may be asked to perform additional administrative tasks beyond the initial project.
What You’ll Bring
Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Degree in Legal studies (Preferred)
1 year in an administrative role (preferable in a law firm or legal department)
Microsoft and Adobe savvy (including but not limited to Excel)
Healthcare knowledge and/or background preferred
2-3 years experience reviewing contracts/agreements preferred
