About the Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse litigation practice, with responsibilities that include:
Conducting legal research
Drafting pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
Preparing court applications and submissions
Attending hearings and assisting senior counsel
Managing files across a range of commercial and civil litigation matters
Qualifications
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
Experience in commercial and civil litigation
Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
