Legal Search Consultant at Greene-Levin-Snyder
Prestigious AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join its Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Orlando, FL. Ideal candidate must be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate and will have substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.
Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is preferred. Qualified candidate must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, an exceptional work ethic, and be comfortable interacting with partners and clients.
Firm seeks a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated lawyer who has demonstrated an ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a busy, collaborative environment. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. The expected salary range for this position is between $240,000 – $310,000.
