A growing legal practice is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join its team. Employment law experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position located in downtown Toronto, conveniently accessible by public transit.

Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation (trial) experience.
- Employment law experience preferred.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using AI and legal technology tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused approach with solid interpersonal skills.
