Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced contract paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in family law and personal injury law to assist with:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Preparing and responding to written discovery
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Managing case files and client communication
While preference will be given to candidates with experience in both family law and personal injury law, those with strong experience in one area are still encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in family law and/or personal injury law
Proficiency in legal drafting and discovery procedures
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Tennessee law – Candidates without Tennessee experience will not be considered
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
This is a remote, contract position offering the flexibility to work on your own terms while contributing to a growing and highly respected legal support firm.
