One has partnered with a boutique litigation law firm in search of an attorney with litigation experience and a strong interest in child advocacy. This Litigation Attorney will support the firms Child Advocacy Litigation group located in West Chester, PA. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a positive impact on childrens lives and contribute to the local community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited **
Attending scheduled court appearances
Managing assigned caseload
Preparing litigation strategies
Coordinating with court administration, clients, witnesses, experts, and others
Interacting with caseworkers from children and youth agencies
Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate high levels of organization, efficiency, and professionalism while working alongside a team
Active Bar License in PA
1-3 years of experience in litigation
Child Advocacy Clinic Experience (Preferred)

The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
